Lots have been happening, we got essentially kicked out of our old shop, which was awesome but now we have awesomer one with 50% less hobos!
Story has it that the building manager didn't like us because he didn't like the activity happening. How is having around 20 people coming into a shop bad? Ok, no biggy, he doesn't like crowds. Next he accuses us of putting oil down his toilet and made it break. Not sure if oil can even do that but either way we took the high road and left. Moving didn't take that long, we did almost everything in a day with lots of help. I guess the shop wasn't for us...
New shop of awesome! Located in a secret location, (on the corner of Hall and Godfrey) which is close to tacos, so it's auto win! It's also cooler since it's in the basement, has a bathroom that reminds me of a hole in the wall bathroom down in Mexico, it makes the bathroom in the movie Desperado look clean, exception for the one stall that was out of order. But the manager is awesome, other renters have large functions there and it work out great.
Mopeds, yup...
Powdercoated a Hobbit, murdered out wrinkle black is awesome.
Maxi is next with ink black with metallic flake that changes color. It will have a Hero kit/pipe on it!

Happy New Years! (late, my bad)
So I've been bad and haven't updated in long while... I blame work and travel due to work, and then finally a calc class that needed to be finished up... oh well I'm done, I have time for mopeds!
As 2012 Passes heres a update on all that is good and bad
1. Chinese food isn't as awesome, who puts shrimp in a eggroll? damn you ninja shrimp! (PS allergic to iodine, or so I've been told, more details later)
2. Shop space I have some... with friends...
Notice the advanced shelving! tis awesome and won't require as much maintenance as a moped=bonus!
3. I'm awesome at MSPaint.
I know it should be a French bike but meh...
4. Rallies of 2012 (that I went too)
-By far best rally is split for first place
1. Swoops/Yetis thru the best rallies this year, for 1. Yetis had the best ride of all the rallies and was small enough where everyone pretty much knew everyone and everyone was rad. 2. Swoops had the best party rally, seriously at a skate park! Cement blew up it was awesome. Big thanks to Eugene and everyone else for having me while I was on a business trip, did I mention coleslaw is better down south?
2. Bourbon Bandits, it was awesome rides and quite a bit of partying, those guys treat y'all like family.
3. Ghost Riders rally, do to hosting I couldn't do a whole lot of fun because I was trying to make sure everyone else was having fun
4. Decpticons rally placed last, :( it rained the whole damn time, not their fault... or was it?
5. Mini-Rallies seemed to have sprung up, I wasn't able to go to Moped Madness but I wish I would have. There will always be more and I hope this year I do... I hear there might be one up North, for those who don't know what a mini-rally is it's usually hosted by 1 or 2 people and the idea sounds rad.
6. CBBG3(now with it's own color!): It was awesome, better than a average rally because it was just a weekend of partying and wrenching. Best part for most people this year was the powdercoating that GRGR provided with a powdercoat oven. I had shrimp in a eggroll and had to shoot myself with my Epi pen, so yes, I shot myself with drugs and had a adrenaline rush that wasn't fun for about a hour... go me... I basically had tremors and freaked out the people that knew. Overall better than last year... I hate you chinese restaurant!

Summer has officially began... and Chinese food is awesome...
GRGR News:
-New Shop, it's awesome
-Rides, they're awesome
-Shit, not so awesome
-Shits getting stolen and we released rabid dogs to hunt down all 2 stroke machinery(don't use a weed whacker this weekend)
-Space the final frontier, I now have more to use since I sold scooters
-Gained a Lord of the Rings quest, a Hobbit in search for a band of awesomess
-Pre-Firstly, I've been piling up stuff on a draft so some of this is dated so meh... a few months past the expiration date can't hurt?
-Firstly, the shit that is going on. A fellow rider and wizard w/a wrench had a moped stolen in GR at Wealthy and Diamond. It's a AMF with a circuit pipe, may not work and was actually locked up. If you see said thief approach him because he isn't as dangerous as you are when you know he stole a moped. Also said owner didn't have it registered yet and also got into a accident not to long ago.
-Das ubershopmitawesomenessen ist now moved in, currently it is located at a undisclosed location near the railroad tracks and the river, on Front St. I've been there several times, I like it better than the old one. Only bad part, no more spaces available for rent. Upside, there is a refrigerator!
-Rides, they are awesome
-Order, there is none, as you can read...
-Chinese food, get mongolian beef or be sorry...
-I bought 2 scooters, well they were more like the razr scooters with a motor and seat then anything else but Scooter Larry bought them and has them running as of last week(this is probably the newest news)
-I have a PA50M Hobbit, last weekend I received a new PA50II engine and a Proma Circuit pipe and I'll be taking it apart today and tomorrow! So sandblast and paint and we'll be doing awesome things!!

Lafayetis had a great rally, probably the best riding rally this side of the country. Not as much party as GR or Wiz Biz but equally, if not awesomer because of the people. Jesse and Rich are awesome people and they have my respects for letting me pitch tent and watch dry ice+bottle+crossbow action... and the baja dew was great too! (note we didn't have a TBell around) Only downside was the extreme heat, rear sprocket stripped, and I couldn't go on the adventure ride... which was supposedly awesomer then Wayne's World.

Bored...
If you work more than 18 hrs strait, go to sleep! MyoW!!!
The awesomeness of working in flexible position is working 18hrs almost strait, going to bed, and having the company pay expenses to exciting and exotic locations such as Highland Park, MI. With such awesome tourist spots as the HLP PD building and the various shootings. j/k, i only went there to a factory for about 7hrs, get to go there again tonight. I'll feel safer in Saltillo tho...
On a lighter note, I'm jumping up with anticipation of wrenching! I want to get my moped going with no leaks! Go blasting! Go to moped functions!
in the meantime, I think I'll finish watching CSI(haven't seen in in probably a decade, its still awesome!1!!), then go for a swim, steam shower or sauna, and out to dinner before work begins.

Idiocy of Politics... at a bar...
With the Trayvon Martin eff'd yup situation and the baiting of idoicy at epic levels of not awesomeness I decided to delve deeper into the issue with friends with opposing views/ideas/personality/underwear/etc...
I, like the idiot I play in real life, inside a bar, decided to play devil's advocate against everything. My side was the exact opposite of the others and it was pretty stupid. The whole thing is stupids, what brings stupid even stupider is lack of facts so we delved in the depths of stupidity. Why? I think, w/beer in me, that the whole things is stupid. I think innocent until proven guilty, yet they thought guilty until proven innocent. Everything that we agreed on is arrest and trial.
Point of awesomeness, don't debate racial issues at a crowded bar, makes you not only look liek a screaming idiot but also makes you wrong when everybody's wrong. Be awesome, stay away from stupid issues until logic proves and awesomeness prevails.

Looking back at Stock...
So was wrenching a little bit yesterday, it was awesome, and took off my stock cylinder of legendariness...
Puch #4 cylinder, must been richer then a millionaire because it had a black head and a black piston. Apart from the blackness of my stock stuff and the pit government throws money into, all looked amazingly shiny. I have 2 things that I remorse porting and porting. The intake was bolted on, took my calipers and measured, no match... no match of sucksville^3... I knew the exhaust port didn't match either so I'm tempted to try it but my kstar of potential awesomeness beckens me due to my awesomeness. Why? God made Aluminum and allowed physics to make nikisil alloys, then man made mopeds, and then man made mopeds better as time went on, nuff said.
Tonight will be stormy so hopefully it'll be like Frankenstein coming to life! (There will be creepy laughs coming from my garage, fair warning)
The only hurdles left are port matching with the engine still together=knee knocking hurdle. And the hurdle known as wrist pins, never done it so I assume I'll be falling flat on my face...
Cool thing about stock, piston had two rings. Sucky thing about stock, it's still on. GET IT OFF!!! GET IT OFF!!! lol, just like a bug...

Awesome weather=Awesome rides...
It's been awhile since my last update but meh... Life is to full of awesomeness and being that blogs are fairly low on the Awesomeness level it gets my least attention.
Any hoo... This past Moped Monday the GRGR went on their first official ride, I'd say about 15 of us'ems with weather in the low 80's/high 70's. Before the ride there was someone w/o a headlight, duct tape and a 24 LED headband light later, bam awesomeness was born! No matter, the ride started and we went to the East side of GR and was going great, it was surprisingly slow, I had a leak and could keep up but that leak is another story. So as darkness fell we came around I think Reeds Lake and about 5 of us came to a stop sign, turns out gravel happened and a spill occured. Awesomeness striked again in the form of eff'u accident FULLFACE HELMET and some bandages later we were in hipsterville then the fish ladders. Bad mojo almost happened again, gang split up and almost crashed in to gravel face... but the God of moped awesomeness said no.
Overall it was eff'u lameness, until my junction got warm from jangling to close to my hot thumping piston in my pants, I mean cylinder. After I said my farewells, I flew home on division stopping by for a 24 of busch. It was great, I was great, bike was great, the great gatsby was great, everything was great.
UPDATE:
-leak found, funny story from before, the past fall on a ride to SPAAAAAAAAAAAARRTAAAAAAAA!!! I heard a pop and then another, didn't know what it was. Took off pipe for template to bore out exhaust outlet and BAM! loose screws and broken cond... e'hem gasket.
-New cylinder of potential awesomeness is being prep'd for my running bike Mr. Murray. Mr. Murray wishes to go fast, as do I... so a treats 50cc with hi comp head will be installed, transfers being matched? maybe, I'm on the fence. either way it will have a Proma GP and a 14mm Bingolicious attached to it.
-fast50, need to get my focused and get going on this...
-Treat 70cc reediness of greatiness is going to be worked on soon, i hope, if not moped kama sutra will be performed alone until done...
-RALLY!!! rAllAHy!!! its rally season...
-wanker spotted on camera in Eastown, stole someones fly ped so if you see a fag riding a 1st gen Hyundai Santa Fe be aware, if you see long haired dirty blonde riding a hot moped, stop, zip down pants, aim, and piss on him.
